Blood-red & bold

Bloody Negroni

The "Bloody Negroni" is a mystical classic with an intense flavor that is perfect for Halloween night.

Ingredients

• 30 ml gin
• 30 ml sweet vermouth
• 30 ml Campari
• blood orange

Preparation

Stir the gin, vermouth and Campari in a SPIEGELAU Perfect Serve Small Longdrink Glass with ice. Squeeze a piece of blood orange and add to the glass. Garnish with a blood orange zest.

Tip: How to create the smoke effect with dry ice

Whether your drink is stirred, built in the glass or shaken: always add the dry ice last, into the finished glass. Do not fill the glass to the top to avoid spills when the fog effect starts. The piece sinks to the bottom, sublimates and instantly creates the mystical smoke. Important: never consume directly. Only drink once it has fully dissolved.
