I need help with my order, who do I contact?

There are a number of ways in which you can contact our customer service team:

- Submit a contact form via our Contact page.

- Call us on +49 (0) 96 02 30 11 22 (Business hours Mon. - Fri. 9AM - 2PM CET). 

Please be aware that we do not offer ordering or cancelation by phone. Cancelations can be placed via  webshop@spiegelau.com or by using our contact form. Orders must be placed directly in the online shop.
