The Cognac Hennessy glass is perfect for providing the ideal tasting expirience of Cognac: fruit, body, finesse and fire.
Cognac is mainly served in wide balloon-shaped glasses - in spite of the disadvantages which this shape has for the enjoyment of cognac. The finely tuned shape of this glass harmonizes aroma and taste, tempers alcohol and stringency of the palate, and empasises the bouquet. The thin tulip-shaped glass allows its contents a very small evaporation surface. This product is made of clear crystal glass.
Vinum is RIEDEL's basic varietal specific stemmed series. Designed in 1986 by 10th generation glassmaker Georg J. Riedel, Vinum was created to ensure every wine lover could afford varietal-specific glassware. Based on the handmade Sommeliers range, machine production means Vinum can be offered at a more accessible price. This item is premium machine-made.
“PREMIUM” defines the advantage of a machine blown RIEDEL glass vs. a hand-made glass. The difference lies within the precision.

Vinum

Glassware that Revolutionized the World of Wine

Vinum has had a permanent impact on the globe's wine glass culture. These glasses have proved to consumers and restaurateurs that the pleasure of consuming wine starts with the glass.
The Vinum collection, developed by Georg Riedel on the principle that the content commands the shape, is the "Vitrum-Vinothek" for everyday use.
