Halloween Drinks 2025 – Spooky Cocktails for Your Party
Pumpkin Neck
autumnal & spicy
The "Pumpkin Neck" brings an autumnal sophistication with its pumpkin scotch and adds a mysterious touch to your Halloween evening.
Ingredients:
- 40 ml pumpkin scotch*
- 10 ml Williams brandy
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Ginger ale to top up
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a SPIEGELAU Perfect Serve Longdrink Glass [ADD LINK] over ice cubes and top up with ginger ale.
*Pumpkin scotch: Dice 300 g Hokkaido pumpkin and place on a baking tray. Roast in the oven at 180 °C top heat until the pumpkin cubes start to brown (approx. 15 minutes). Pour the pumpkin cubes into a sealable container with 500 ml scotch and macerate for 3 days. Then strain through a coffee filter.
Vampire Sour
Dark & mysterious
With its dark red color and spicy aromas, the "Vampire Sour" is a drink with a mystical flair that enhances any Halloween party.
Ingredients:
- 60 ml bourbon
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml honey
- 10 ml ginger syrup
- 15 ml red wine (e.g. Malbec)
Preparation:
Shake the bourbon, lemon juice, honey and ginger syrup with ice. Double strain into a SPIEGELAU Perfect Serve S.O.F. Glass [ADD LINK] with ice and carefully pour over the red wine.
Bloody Negroni
Blood-red & bold
The "Bloody Negroni" is a mystical classic with an intense flavor that is perfect for Halloween night.
Ingredients:
- 30 ml gin
- 30 ml sweet vermouth
- 30 ml Campari
- blood orange
Preparation:
Stir the gin, vermouth and Campari in a SPIEGELAU Perfect Serve Small Longdrink Glass [ADD LINK] with ice. Squeeze a piece of blood orange and add to the glass. Garnish with a blood orange zest.
Tip: How to create the smoke effect with dry ice
Whether your drink is stirred, built in the glass or shaken: always add the dry ice last, into the finished glass. Do not fill the glass to the top to avoid spills when the fog effect starts. The piece sinks to the bottom, sublimates and instantly creates the mystical smoke. Important: never consume directly. Only drink once it has fully dissolved.
